Audacious coaching for courageous leaders
Nick is a former CEO and co-founder who navigated three exits across aviation and healthcare. He came to leadership work not as a facilitator with a framework, but as someone who has been in the room when the hard decisions get made.
He has coached 100+ leaders, logged 10,000+ coaching hours, and been involved in more than $6B in transactions. He is the author of The Good Entrepreneur, a Techstars Mentor and Coach, EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and EY Hall of Fame inductee.
Every engagement is built for the specific team in the room.
Most executives believe they lead through trust. What they're actually running is a compliance test. People learn to manage up instead of tell the truth. This session names what's actually happening — and builds a different foundation.
The tyranny of the urgent can sink a company. The shift from reactive to proactive isn't about willpower — it's about structure. Built for teams that are great at fighting fires and bad at deciding which ones to stop lighting.
Every leader has a default operating mode under pressure. The dysfunction isn't malice — it's human nature. This session maps each person's default and shows where the gaps are.
Every leadership team has the thing that never quite gets said in the room. This session builds specific habits and agreements that make hard conversations normal instead of exceptional.
The teams that last are the ones who remember why they started. This session reconnects leadership teams to the why behind the work.
A high-impact session designed to challenge thinking, introduce key concepts, and energize leaders around trust, retention, and growth.
An interactive session that builds on keynote concepts and begins translating ideas into leadership behaviors. Includes facilitated discussion, reflection exercises, and practical tools.
A deeper, behavior-focused experience designed to move from insight to consistent leadership practice. Includes applied exercises, leadership behavior mapping, and practical frameworks.
A cohort-based program (4–6 weeks). Four live virtual sessions, 90 minutes each, up to 50 leaders.
"I’ve worked with many coaches and facilitators over 20 years of business. Nick operates at a completely different level. He surfaces what’s actually happening in a room."
"The retreat Nick ran changed how our leadership team operates. Six months later we still reference the frameworks and conversations we had in that room. Worth every penny and more."
"Nick has changed my life. I think of my life in terms of before Nick and after Nick. The clarity, the courage, the accountability — it’s all different now."
"I wondered if the cost was worth it, but I can tell you the ROI is easily 50:1. I had no idea how many blind spots I had."
